How do I return a Techbench drive that has been physically damaged?

To return a Techbench USB that has been physically damaged:

  1. Open a Malwarebytes’ Business Support Ticket at:
  2. Include the following details in your ticket
    • Cleverbridge Reference Number
    • Windows Operating System
    • Your order number/Invoice number
    • Address / shipping information
